CAMP MIKE SPANN RECEIVES OUR PACKAGES
WE RECEIVED THE 5TH BOX TODAY AND OF COURSE IT WAS ALL THE FEMININE TOILETRIES AND THE FEW WOMEN WE HAVE ARE HAPPY. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL OF THE GOODIES. I’M RATIONING OUT THE CHIPS SO THAT ONE PERSON DOESN’T EAT ALL OF ONE KIND. IT’S NICE JUST TO HAVE A LITTLE PIECE OF HOME EVEN IF IT COMES IN A BAG OF CHIPS. LOL. WE APPRECIATE EVERYTHING THAT YOU SEND TO US.

I received 5 boxes and I believe that you said 6 were coming. I believe we have a ton of mail coming in so I may get it today. The few women we have love the little mirror and brush sets. When things slow down I’m sure the crocheting will begin. The summer is busy for us. I hope all is well for you at home.
So far we received three boxes, with a lot of chips. They are going like wild fire, we do not get chips in the Dining Facility (DFAC) or our little (Soldier operated) PX. The “In the Shell Peanuts” are a nice touch, that is an item we cannot get here, and no retailer will ship them either. I put a box of them out with small paper bags, it took about 20 minutes to go through a five pound bag.
