Joshua Harr Shane Foundation Provides Help
With Medical And Special Needs

The Joshua Harr Shane Foundation supports seriously ill and special needs individuals by providing assistance with:

rent, mortgages, utilities
urgent medical procedures, vital medical equipment, experimental treatment
related travel expenses, extra activities, and anything else deemed necessary not covered by health insurance

The Joshua Harr Shane Foundation provides the programs for special needs individuals including:

in and out of school experience programs
individual and group lessons such as horseback riding, dance, sports, music and art
other activities designed to enhance physical, emotional, and intellectual well-being

We also help pay for needed equipment for special needs children that insurance does not cover.

Hurricane Florence 2018

The Joshua Harr Shane Foundation helped’ out after Hurricane Florence. Over $1500 in clothing along with cleaning supplies and nonperishables were delivered to Newborn, NC the first week in November.

Hurricane Irma 2017

In 2017, the Joshua Harr Shane Foundation sent toys to the children of the Florida Keys who had lost so much following a natural disaster devastating the region.

After hurricane Sandy Union Beach, a Jersey Shore town, was hit extremely hard. Over 85% of their homes were destroyed. We tried to make a difference. Clothing and other necessities were donated to Union Beach as well as other shore towns.

Meet Elijah

Elijah was born at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. The following day he had his accidentally diaphragmatic hernia repaired; the next day he was put on ECMO (heart & lung bypass).

Meet Kelan

Kelan has arthrogryposis multiplex congenita. He has no use of his arms and little muscle mass in his legs.

Kunsan Air Base

Mandeep Singh Kunsan Air Base REPUBLIC OF SOUTH KOREA: Singh has volunteered for our non profit organization for many years while stationed at Joint Base McGuire-Dix, Lakehurst.

Stoltzfus BBQ

The Joshua Harr Shane Foundation, a non profit charity, currently donates $5 gift certificates for lunch at Columbus Market to Stoltzfus BBQ to our military friends thanking them for their service.
